John currently serves as the Vice President of Sales at BrokersBloc, where he leads national growth initiatives by providing tailored carrier solutions and wellness-aligned marketing strategies for independent insurance brokers. In addition to his corporate leadership, John is the Founder of Xtreme Wellness LLC. Launched in 2021, the firm specializes in designing unique corporate wellness programs that utilize Pickleball as a primary tool for team building and employee retention. His commitment to modern wellness solutions is further demonstrated through his role as an Independent Sales Representative for GoPivot, a mobile-first rewards platform focused on workplace safety and health.

John holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Western Kentucky University. He is a Certified Corporate Wellness Specialist® and the author of The KISS Book: How To Improve Physical, Spiritual & Financial Health, reflecting his holistic approach to personal and professional well-being.
